Wash My Mail for CCIM

The CCIM Institute was inundated with spam. Members were finding it difficult to continue using their CCIM.net email address. This was causing great concern for the Institute as they we losing a great way to stay in touch with their members. Platinum was then contracted to develop an Anti Spam solution and take over the email hosting for over 7,000 users. As of April 2005, we have been able to stop over 96% of the spam the CCIM.net domain address. On average over 2.7 million spam messages a month are never seen by CCIM.net email users.

Web Base Model
The interface to WashMyMail is completely web based. There is no software to install. The user just creates an account, and our servers begin the filtering process. We do all the work! WashMyMail can be accessed from any computer with a web browser thus enabling the user access to email even on the road!

Good List
The email addresses and domains on your Good List will never be considered as SPAM. The Good List guarantees there will be no loss of legitimate emails.

Junk List
The Junk List eliminates addresses and domains selected by you to ensure your email will remain virtually SPAM free. Messages from senders on your Junk List will never be delivered to your mailbox. We also use 3rd party junk lists to help remove SPAM from your inbox even if you decide to not use your junk list.

Virus Scanning
Protect yourself from harmful and potentially costly outbreaks from malicious email viruses with our inline virus scanning. The most common and dangerous virus definitions are updated on our servers every 4 hours.

Threshold Levels
Manage threshold levels for filtering. You have the ability to adjust how strong our filters scan your mail. The higher the threshold level, the more aggressive the program will be in its spam detection.
